If you find a problem or fault in the Forge Wear within 30 days of receiving it - return it, and you’ll get a full refund (including shipping costs if we are at fault).

ORDER QUESTIONS

Where do you ship?

We ship virtually everywhere across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. We use only major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.

How much does the shipment cost?

The standard worldwide shipping by default free. These kind of shipment takes up to 27 business days (1-3 weeks). For those in a hurry, we offer express worldwide shipping for flat rate of $13, which takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver. All cost are given in USD.

NOTICE: For following countries special shipping conditions apply:

Mexico, India, South Africa, and Kuwait - only standard shipping available, taking 10-29 business days, for $20, for all orders.

Monaco - only standard shipping available, taking 5-10 business days, at $13, for all orders.

Brazil - only standard shipping available, taking 10-29 business days, for $20, max. 2 chains per order.

I need my order fast! What are my options?

Our express worldwide shipping will get your the chain within 3 to 7 business days, and it cost $12, regardless of your order size. If you're in doubt, email hi@forgewear.com and let us know you're in a hurry, we're gonna put a good word with our shipping team.

Can I track my order?

We provide the tracking number for express shipping only. If in doubt, please contact hi@forgewear.com for an order update.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

It can happen, especially to customers ordering from outside of US, depending on your local customs regulations. Customers are responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in their countries. You may want to contact your local customs offices for information before placing the order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you opted for standard shipping it will take anything from 5-27 business days. On average it takes 1-3 weeks for international customers, and 3-7 days for US customers. With expedited shipping this time shortens to just 3-7 business days for worldwide customers.

Please note that the typical order dispatch time is 1-3 days, which may take a bit longer around public holidays.

The size I want is sold out, how can I get it?

Please contact us at hi@forgewear.com - we may be able to immediately give you an estimate of when the it is going to be re-stocked. Alternatively, we will email as soon as the size is available. You can also sign up through the online form available for out of stock items, on their product pages.

I haven’t received my package – what should I do?

Please get in touch by emailing hi@forgewear.com - we'll be happy to update you on the order progress and give you a good idea on when your Forge Wear chain will be with you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

At Forge Wear we're super-efficient and want you to have your chain as soon as possible. We will try to process and dispatch your order as quickly as we can, which may limit our ability to add items to the initial order or to prevent a package from shipping. Nevertheless, do reach out to us at hi@forgewear.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What’s your return policy?

If there is a problem with the quality of the chain you can return it and get full refund within 30 days. The shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by our fault. However, if you simply don't like the chain, you can return it as well, we will refund the product cost, but not the shipping cost in such case. 

I just received my chain but it arrived broken – what shall I do?

While it's hard to believe that this would happen, please contact as at hi@forgewear.com, describing the issue with your chain. You can help us help you by attaching good, close-up photo(s) showing the fault.

I have just emailed you, when will I hear back?

We aim to reply to you as soon as we can - this shouldn't take longer than 48 hours.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

How can I pay for my order?

We use secure Paypal or STRIPE payments gateways. With these we can accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit and Debit Card payments. Before using your debit card, please, make sure with your bank that it is enabled for on-line and international transactions.

Also, to show you how much we trust our product, we offer 10 year warranty! 

NOTE: Before you ship anything back to us, please inform us of the shipping method and cost you plan to use - we might want to offer you a better way. Once we agreed on optimal shipping method we will reimburse you based on the shipping receipt.
